Hi, I’m Dr. JR Kille and today I’m discussing why I have a passion for helping people become healthier. When I was a young boy I had a paper route delivering almost 200 papers daily. On Sundays those papers could be large so I would load up my sack carrying up to 70lbs on my small shoulders biking around the neighborhood. After weeks of having a painful back my dad took me to the local chiropractor and his first adjustment seemed like magic. Every bone in my back released and I felt better than I had in months.
Fast forward to near the end of my navy career and Dr. Froines, a gifted chiropractor and Palmer College graduate, also my go-to healer and friend. He knew I would retire from submarine servicein a few years and was searching for a second career. One day Dr. F looked deep into my eyes and told me that I would make a great chiropractor. Doc F must have seen my compassion for others and innate ability to understand the human body. Two years later after completing my BS degree from SIU-Carbondale I was accepted at Palmer College of Chiropractic, The fountain head of our profession.
Four years later on graduation day I reflected back on all the knowledge, tools and passion I received from this great place of learning. I feel there is no better place to learn how to heal with your hands, head, and heart.
I am a doctor of chiropractic and with God’s help miracles happen in my office every day.
